Latar Belakang
Perkembangan industri di Indonesia sangat berkembang dengan pesat sejalan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mulai membaik. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, para profesional Sumber Daya Manusia menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang menantang antara lain tuntutan perusahaan untuk menaikkan produktifitas dan efisiensi, minimisasi cost produksi serta situasi dan kondisi ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia yang tidak menentu yang pada intinya bermula dari kesejahteraan dan penghasilan.

Hal ini menyebabkan manajemen berkembang sangat dinamis sejalan dengan kemajuan dalam dunia usaha, teknologi dan praktek manajemen umum. Oleh karena itu, para praktisi HR dituntut untuk memahami dan mengerti serta mampu mengimplementasikan sistem kompensasi & remunerasi yang baik dan terupdate. Sejalan dengan ini maka pemerintah dalam Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja & Transmigrasi No. 49/2004 tentang Pengupahan memberikan petunjuk untuk para profesional dan praktisi compensation & benefit / HRD agar harus mampu membuat analisa dan memberikan saran kepada pimpinan perusahaan untuk dapat mengambil keputusan dan langkah terbaik.

Dalam workshop ini, para peserta akan dibekali pemahaman secara mendasar dan cepat, sekaligus akan diberikan metode untuk mendesain struktur dan skala gaji serta upah sundulan dengan bantuan berbagai tools yang dengan cepat dan otomatis akan sangat mempermudah proses pemahaman serta sekaligus praktek penyusuanan desain struktur dan skala gaji serta upah sundulan.
