They are opening a vacant now which is a Barista.
JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES
1. Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the Kafe's culture
2. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of higher volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example.
3. Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
4. Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and
performance and communicating them to the store manager.
5. Delivers excellent customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
6. Follows Kafe Toompee's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security.
7. Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
8. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
9. Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
a. Work in major Cafe chain and franchise such as Starbucks, Pet-a-Manger etc of advantage
b. Must know how to influence customer's taste in a subtle way to new fresh and healthy eating
c. Able to connect with the working class and reaching out to the affluent customers are required Job.
