Need a good & professional person for position as HRD MANAGER (North Jakarta)
Responsibility :
· Formulate an effective strategy and plan to maintain and improve talented people performance assessment system and reward management system
· Manage & Maintening of human resource administration and procedure, including data base
· Responsible of compentation & benefit for employee: implementing performance management system, organizatation structure, people development, employee evaluation, grading system, employee walfare: medical insurance and allowances
Qualifications :
- Male/Female, Age min 33 years old
- S2/Master’s degree majoring from Psychology, Law, Human Resources management
- Minimum 3 years experience as HRD manager with a reputable and medium to large manufacturing Company.
- Deep knowledge in competence based Human Resource Management, Formulasi & Implementasi HR policies and SOP
- Recruitment & Asessment
- Mastering in tool of psycholical test (IST, DISC, Pauli, Papi Kostik, MBTI, DAM, BAUM)
- KPI (key performance indicator)
- Manpower Planing
- Understanding In General of job & job grading
- Payroll, compentation & benefits
- Performance Apprisal, coaching & Counseling
- Learning Program (TNA, delivery & Evaluation)
- Industrial Relation and Government regulations
- Great in change management skill
- Ability to work with strick targets, under pressure and able to work in team
- Great interpersonal, persuasive, hard worker, assertive and energetic
- Must have a friendly relationship with the Employees
- Excellent computer skill and English proficiency is a must (both oral and written)
