SITTI is an online contextual advertisement network in the Indonesia which established in 2010. Our network includes thousands of websites and blogs in Indonesian language. SITTI currently requires professional candidates for the following position:

 

HR & GA SENIOR MANAGER

 

Qualification:

• Male/Female, max. 38 years old
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Law/Human Resource Management
• At least 4 years of working experience
• Familiar with HR policies and procedure
• Good knowledge in HR aspect: Organization chart, Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development etc
• Familiar with UU.13 Indonesia Manpower Regulation and Industrial Relations
• Good understanding and experience in Payroll, Jamsostek and PPH.21
• Good knowledge on GA matters: Maintaining company vehicles and insurances, Offices and its equipments, Expatriate Permits, Advertising etc
• Excellent oral & written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent in Computer & Internet
• Strong and equipped with great leadership, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skill
• Good initiative, fast learner, able to work in team and able to work in under pressure situation
