Needed : Office Administrator with max. salary Rp. 9 Mio

URGENTLY NEEDED : OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

CLIENT PROFILE : Telecommunication Company

WORK LOCATION : Rasuna Said, Kuningan – Jakarta Selatan 

REQUIREMENTS : 

·         Min D3 in Business Administration / Accounting/ Management;

·         Maximum age 30 years old;

·         Minimal of 5 years working experience in similar position and duties;

·         Hands-on experience in accounting reporting general administration;

·         Excellent written and communication skills in English;

·         MS Office literate (Word, Excel and Power Point)

·         Full attention to details, good communication skills, negotiation skills and proactive

·         Willing to work extra hours and under pressure

 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

·         Provide administration duties of day to day operations;

·         Generate accurate and timely accounting report for management;

·         Control office budget, cash flow and office expenditure;

·         Liaise with auditor and tax consultant to ensure compliance with local regulation;

·         Monitor logistics and maintain stock inventory;

·         Process monthly payroll submit statutory contributions;

·         Arrange expat documents, office documents and other business licenses;

·         Conduct and process staff recruitment;

·         Arrange office guests and staff travel including accommodation;

·         Other ad hoc duties as assigned

TERMS CONDITIONS

  • Permanent employee after 3 month probation
  • An attractive remuneration,  benefits package with offering  negotiable salary maximum 9 Million
