Our Client, one of the biggest footware manufacturer in Europe is planning to expand and challange their business in Indonesia, and looking for fresh, energetic and proactive young professional to fill these positions:
Store Manager (SMR) & Sales and Marketing Manager (SMMR)
Main Requirement:
- Male / Female age 29 - 38 years Old,
- Minimum S1 degree in any subject from reputable university (overseas preffered),
- Having minimun 3 years retail experience in the same industry (footware) and or Clothing.
- Have the ability to create and execute action plan for stores and experience in mentoring and monitoring staff performances,
- Have a good sense of business towards this industry and how to further develop its market in Indonesia,
- Young, energic, communicative and dynamic,
- Ability to communicate in English is a must.
Range Salary is 8-12 mio per month (DOE - Depend on Experience)
