Mining Geologist – Site Area
Requirements :
• Male, maximum 40 years old
• Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
• Minimum 5 years experience in mining exploration.
• Able to operate mining software: Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCad, GPS Mapper
• Able to make progress report on designated project
• Able to identify geological structure, out crop and bedrock
• Good knowledge about Safety/ K3 procedure
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Fluent in English and computer literate (word, excel, power point)
Senior Geologist Exploration – Site Area
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree in Geology
• Male, maximum 45 years old
• Minimum 5 years experience in mining exploration.
• Capable to operate exploration/mining software such as Micromine/MineScape
• Familiar with mining and related regulations
• Experience to manage an exploration program, including geological mapping, drilling and topo surveying
• Strong leadership, mature, and good analytical thinking
• Preferred able to communicate in English and basic computer skills.
Role :
• to identify sampling methods, field operations, interpretation and correlation of seams, and reporting;
• to examines area photographs and evaluates the results of geophysical prospecting
• to prepare and identify surface and sub-surface maps, stratigraphic arrangement and composition of the potential of the source;
• Experience in integrated prospect evaluation and resource assessment with modern technology, maturing prospects for optimal drilling;
• Plan detailed exploration of the nickel concession, including identifying outcrops;
• Supervises Mine Geology and analyze geological information and supervise all drilling and exploration programmes that are required for planning engineers;
Logistic Base Supervisor
(Fleet Supv.) – Site Area
Responsibilities:
• Act as Loading Master for Nickel transshipment
• Supervise Port Operational for Sulawesi Area
• Stock opname raw material /finish product in warehouse
• Monitoring regulation issues from production and commercial departments
• Control and Monitoring with ADPEL (KPLP,SYAHBANDAR) PELINDO ; AGENT SHIPPING and BEA CUKAI
• Monitoring Shipping and Land Transportation Management of nickel
• Supervise and Monitoring Schedule Jetty Master
• Loading Master and Supervision of Quality Gas Oil and Chemical PPIC + Logistic, Warehouse
• Monitoring Our Fleet Transportation (Land Tranportation and Sea transportation) MSDS, Tech Inform, Product Spec, Analysis Method, SOP
• Leader WCM & HSE (ISO 9001 + ISO 14001 + OHSAS 18001).
• Leader HSE (SMK3/K3), TPM, TQM, TQC, KAIZEN, 5S, GMP.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any related field
• Have a deep understanding using transshipment
• Coordinate with transshipment, land transport and vessel agent for smoothen transshipment process
• Controlling nickel logistics administration process
• Willing to travel
• Understand operational port and land
• Have a good relationship with Syahbandar, Adpel, Comdev matters related to shipping
Mining Operational Manager – Site Area
Responsibility:
You will be tasked with leading our mining teams in developing and implementing safe work practices, setting and achieving performance goals, developing and auditing work procedures, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in order to ensure lower costs and better mining performance.
Your duties will also include, but not limited to:
• Preparing and reviewing mining budgets
• Manage the contractual aspects of the mining contracting business
• Manage the cost control and reporting against budget of maintenance costs
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationship
Requirements:
• Educational background: Min S1/Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related field from reputable university (local/overseas)
• Working Experience: At least 5 years hands on experience in mining
• Good analytical skills
• Computer skills, particularly related to mining applications
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and monitoring skills
• Having license /certificate of POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) or KTT (Kepala Tehnik Tambang)
• Willingness to be placed at Kolaka, South Sulawesi
