PT Kalimantan Prima Services Indonesia is a multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East Kalimantan. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions and requirements:
1. CSR / COMDEV / SOCIAL, SECURITY & LICENSE MANAGER (SSL- MGR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in demonstrating effective communication, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government, Communities Development & Employee Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
• Male, age max. 40 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Law/Management/Communication/Agriculture from reputable university.
• Good relation with government & other social entities.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Wiling to work at Sepaku, PPU, Kaltim.
2. HUMAN RESOURCES & GA SUPERINTENDENT (HRGA-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in plan, design & implement of Human Resources Management and General Affairs, such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Career Planning and Industrial Relation, Camp Facilities, Catering, Permit Etc with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
• Age max. 40 years old.
• Graduated Min. S1 degree Majoring Law/Physiology/Management from reputable University
• Minimum 3 years experience as HRD & GA Superintendent, Multinational Company in Manufacturing & Forestry.
• Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation.
3. COST CONTROLLER (CC)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle project costing, inventory control, budget, management report, monitor all cost activities and Identify and report trends in the project financial performance with strong computer, communication skill & Leadership.
Requirements:
• Age max. 35 years old.
• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years experienced as Cost Controller in Forestry & Manufacturing Industry.
• Familiar in SAP system.
• Good Communication in English both oral and written (Mandarin skills is preferred)
4. LEAD AUDITOR (LAD)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle sub ordinate and audit activities such as plan, monitor and report with strong organization and communication skill.
Requirements:
• Age max. 38 years old.
• Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting with GPA 2,75.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same positions.
• Good skills in Accounting, Tax, computer and SAP software.
• Willing to work at Balikpapan and traveling to all area.
5. CIVIL/INFRASTRUCTURE ASSISTANT/SUPERINTENDENT (CIS-ASST/SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Civil/Infrastructure (Road, Bridge, Building) Project Construction & Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirement:
• Male, age max. 35 years old.
• Min. D3 Technical Civil/Mechanical
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
6. TRUCK OPERATION TRAINER (TRO-TR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Truck Operation, Maintenance and employees development with strong computer and leadership.
Requirements:
• Must be able to develop material of Truck (Volvo, Hino, Iveco, etc) operation training;
• Identify training need of existing Truck Operators;
• Contribute in reducing number of Truck accident; involve in recruitment process of Truck operators; responsible in SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi Perusahaan) for Truck operators;
• Minimum Diploma Degree with minimum 5 years experience as Truck Operation Trainer;
• Skilled in operating various Truck;
• Knowledgeable in training principles and concepts.
7. ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER (EO)
The successful candidate will be expert handle monitoring, audit and report of Environmental Management System at Forest Industries.
Requirements:
• Age max. 35 years old.
• Graduated S1 degree Majoring Forestry/Agronomy/Environment
• Minimum 2 years experience as Environmental Officer at Project, HTI, Forestry Industries or manufacturing.
8. STOREMAN (ST)
The ideal candidate will be familiar in administration logistic, understand of spare part for Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle with strong computer and analysis data/statistic.
Requirements:
• Male, Min. D-III degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experienced Min. 2 years as Storeman in Warehouse, Logistic and Procurement Operation.
• Enjoy working with numbering & detail
• Understand of SAP system.
9. MECHANIC/ELECTRIC TECHNICIAN – HE & TR (MECH-TECH)
The ideal candidate will be familiar in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle Maintenance all types.
Requirement:
• Male, age max. 35 years old.
• Minimum 1 year experience as HE & TR Mechanic/Electric Technician is preferred.
10. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR (MECH- ADM)
The ideal candidate will be familiar in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle Engineer with strong computer and analysis of working hour Machine.
Requirement:
• Male, Age max. 30 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as HE & TR Mechanic Administrator.
11. PLANTATION/HARVESTING ASSISTANT (PH-ASST)
The ideal candidates will an experienced in plantation and or harvesting of Forest Plantation Industry with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.
Requirements:
• Male/Female, Age max. 30 years old.
• Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Environment or related.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as Administrator.
12. PLANNING ASSISTANT (PN-ASST)
The ideal candidate will be understanding in Forest Planning (Plantation/HTI) activities, rules of licensing and land matters with strong computer and organizational skills.
Requirements:
• Age, maximum 30 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry.
• Understand to operate GIS.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
13. DOZER/TRUCTOR OPERATOR (DT-OPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced to handle Dozer/Tractor-D8.
Requirements:
• Having SIO (Surat Izin Operator)
• Minimum Diploma SMP;
• Skilled in operating various Dozer/Tractor;
14. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
The ideal candidate will be able to smart learn and handle finance activities with strong computer & organization skill.
Requirements:
• Age Max. 25 years old.
• Fresh Graduated, Bachelor degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Management /Civil/Accounting.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and good leadership.
• Good communication in English both oral and written
General Requirements:
• English and computer literacy are a must.
• High motivation, disciple, team work, dynamic with good personality
• Willing to work in Balikpapan, Site Forestry PPU or Malinau East Kalimantan or Central Kalimantan.
