PDA Consultant is a Human Resource Consultant located in Jakarta, is in position to offer services and solution to any issues in Human Resources.

We are currently looking for candidate who has experiences in similar position and our clients will offer good remunerations packages.

 

Our client, a Companies in property is currently looking for young & new professional to join their team as :

 

DIRECTOR'S SECRETARY (PDA 286)

Requirement :

·           Female, Single max. 30 years old

·           Minimum D3 graduate from reputable Secretarial Academy (for Secretary Subject). S1 degree from relevant major will be an extra advantage

·           Having minimum 3 years secretarial/executive assistant experience assisting expatriate senior management team or managing director.

·           Well groomed personality

·           Must be proficient in using MS Office especially Power Point, Excel and Word, which are three main programs mostly used. Able to operate Adobe Acrobat and other visual computer program will be CONSIDERED FAVORABLY.

·           ENGLISH and MANDARIN are a must nowadays, especially when corresponding with regional office, other senior management team and internal clients

·           Having high sense organizing abilities, target oriented, able to work under minimum   supervision and a completing works in very short notice and tight deadline

·           High discipline and is VERY CONFIDENTIAL

·           Good ability in filing management

·           High integrity, loyalty, honest, responsibility and trustworthy
