Retail Technical Trainer

Job Accountabilities:

• Work with sales team and tokos to develop and execute required training on technology applications and solutions that related to tire/automotive industry
• Design and executing technical training programs that meet Company and customer needs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable University
• 3 to 5 years experience in training technology and/or service
• Training certifications desired
• Proven track record in improving customer retention
• Excellent in both interpersonal & communication skills
• Willing to traveling and relocate (if needed)
• Well organized, should be self motivated person with high initiative
• Good presentation skills & willing to work under minimum supervision
• Computer literate
