JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client, a fast growing Automotive parts/components manufacturing Joint-Venture company, is currently seeking for a suitable candidate to fill in the following position:
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Based in Bekasi, Indonesia
To co-ordinate and lead all functions, and processes to achieve organizational objective of quality, cost, and delivery to the customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree of Engineering, Diploma/Master in Management/Business is preferable
Min. 15 years of experience, at least 3 years as head of operations in mid-size company
Production planning and control in a mass production industry
Manufacturing engineering, preferably in assembly and welding processes
Continuous improvement tools, such a Lean Management and 6 Sigma
People skills including training development
Good understanding of safety practices
Project management and new program launching
Awareness to TS Requirement
Proficient English language skill
