HUMAN RESOURCES SUPPORT MANAGER
Job Requirements:
- •4 years experience of relevant HR Management experience.
- •University graduate in Law from reputable University.
- •Advance knowledge and skills of Labor Laws and Compensation and Benefits.
- •Fluent in spoken and written English.
- •Self motivated individuals with ability to communicate with all level of management and staff.
- •Proven analytical skills, specifically the ability to assess and decompose legal labor issues.
- •Willing to work under pressure.
- •Highly developed computer skills.
- •Good relationship with Manpower Department.
- •Willing to travel.
The Human Resources Support Manager will be in charge of:
- •Legal Aspect and Administration, including HR Data Reporting.
- •Compensation and Benefit.
- •External Relations.
- •HR Project
