To keep up with our organizational dynamics, we are looking for highly motivated and passionate professional to fill the following position:

1. Finance Executive (code: FE)
2. Finance Staff – Documentation (code: FSD)
3. Finance Staff - Import/Banking (code: FSB)

 

Brief outline of duties:

1.  Finance Executive (code: FE)

Assist Finance and Accounting Strategic Head for

• Merger and Acquisition process      
• Banking and Capital Marketing activities        
• Finance and Accounting System and Procedure

 

2.  Finance Staff – Documentation (code: FSD)

• Support Export Documentation
• Preparing Documents as per Buyers requirement
• Submission of Documents to Bank / Buyers
• Payment Follow up / Reconciliation with
• Data Entry in ERP.

3.  Finance Staff - Import/Banking (code: FSB)

• Handle Import LC related activities
• Inputs Data in ERP for various activities
• Liaise Bank and various departments for Import related activities
• Handle various Banking activities (TT Transfer, Follow up, etc)  

 

 General Requirements:

• S1 - Finance / Accounting, from reputable university with GPA above 3 (out of 4 scales)
• Five years experiences in similar job/position (FE), three years for FSD and FSB
  
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• High interest and attention to details, like dealing with numbers
• Good communication skills
• Advanced skills in Words, Microsoft Excel and Power Points and adaptability to other software product       
• Top tier teamwork skills     
• Female preferable (FSD and FSB)
• Male preferable (FE)

Job Location : Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
Job Type : Permanent
Salary : Negotiable
