~ Business Partner HR ~
SCOPE OF WORK:
· Ensure all Organization Development activities, People Development activities & Personnel Management activities run well as company's policy & HRM procedure
RESPONSIBILLITIES
· Responsible for overall recruitment functions through proper capacity plan & ensure the sourcing strategies is running effective
· Responsible for preparing sourcing plans and strategy as well as providing full support in the area of staff recruitment and individual development plan
· Supporting Promotion system through Assessment Program
· Creating Outsourcing Procedures and Policies, from vendor selection, vendor performance monitoring, annual performance appraisal, and annual salary increment.
· Managing Outsourcing activities in Sales and Non Sales Function
· Managing talent pool for core employee and create succession plan
· Developing assessment methods for promotion purpose
· Managing headcount as per regional policy in accordance with business need
· Managing HR representatives and acting as users business partners
· Conducting the Employee Engagement Survey, communication and follow up programs
Salary : Rp 15 - 20 million per month, car and other benefits

~ Business Unit Fire System Sales Manager ~
Responsibilities:
- Formulate FS strategy in Indonesia in line with BU strategy. This is Achieve by reflecting customer needs and market requirement to BU ASN/HQ. To define direction and action plans for FS in the country
- Building up and operation management of BU team according to the business plan requirement. To provide necessary support to achieve desired result.
- Reporting of result, review of action programs and align support with ASN/BU HQ via daily contacts and communication to ensure full support to achieve strategic goal.
- Systematic buidling up of distribution network in the country. Frequent visit and discuss with customers/VAP to gaurantee customer satisfaction and reflect market condition.
- Work with other Siemens Divisions colleagues in pursue of business opportunities.
- Motivate a nd develop BU FS employee by leading and serving them to build an organization that constantly excel.
Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Bachelor Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 7 years experience in HR, Organization Development and Training
- Fire industry experience
- Have experience in P&L Management
- Preferably from Multinational Companies
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, results oriented, able to work independently and in teams
- Proficient in oral and written English
Salary : Rp 10 - 15 million per month, car and other benefits
